Choose Dovida for

Veterans care

America’s veterans have given so much. At Dovida, we’re committed to giving something back – high-quality, person-centered in-home care that helps veterans and their families live with independence, dignity, and comfort in the place they know best: home.

Care that honors your service

Dovida provides in-home care services to veterans of all ages and branches of service, as well as their spouses and surviving family members. Whether you’re navigating the challenges of aging, recovering from an injury, or managing a service-related condition, we’re here to support you every step of the way.

How Dovida Can Help

Our caregivers provide flexible, compassionate support tailored to each veteran’s unique needs and history. Care can range from a few hours of help each week to full-time live-in support.

Veterans’ in-home care with Dovida can include:

  • Personal care assistance — bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
  • Medication reminders and health monitoring support
  • Meal preparation and nutrition support
  • Light housekeeping and home safety maintenance
  • Transportation to VA appointments, therapy sessions, and community activities
  • Companionship and social engagement
  • Respite care to support family members and caregivers

Why choose home care

Why staying at home where you feel comfortable, familiar, and empowered to live independently is the best option for people who need additional care.

Understanding Your Benefits

Many veterans are eligible for in-home care benefits through the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). Programs such as the Veterans-Directed Care (VDC) program, Aid and Attendance benefits, and the Program of Comprehensive Assistance for Family Caregivers (PCAFC) may help offset the cost of in-home support.

Navigating VA benefits can feel overwhelming — our team is here to help you understand your options and access the care you’ve earned. We also work with private pay and other funding sources to make sure cost is never a barrier to getting the support you need.
